Description

The LM193, LM293, and LM393 devices have two independent low-voltage comparators designed for operation from a single or split power supply, featuring a wide voltage range. Their input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even in a single power supply mode. Key characteristics include a broad single-supply voltage range (2 V to 36 V or ±1 V to ±18 V), shallow supply current (0.45 mA, independent of supply voltage), and compatibility with various logic levels. These comparators also exhibit low input bias current (20 nA typ.), low input offset current (±3 nA typ.), and low input offset voltage (±1 mV typ.). They offer a low output saturation voltage of 80 mV typ. (Isink = 4 mA) and a differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage. Compatible with TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, and CMOS, these devices are available in DFN8 2×2, MiniSO8, TSSOP8, and SO8 packages.
