Description

The LM393 series consists of dual independent precision voltage comparators designed for single or split supply operation, allowing a common mode range to ground level. Notable features include a wide single-supply range of 2.0 Vdc to 36 Vdc, a low current drain of 0.4 mA independent of supply voltage, and compatibility with various logic levels. With input characteristics such as low bias and offset currents, these comparators are suitable for diverse applications in consumer, automotive, and industrial electronics. Additionally, they come in NCV versions for specialized automotive applications, are AEC-Q100 qualified, PPAP capable, and environmentally compliant with Pb-Free, Halogen-Free/BFR-Free, and RoHS standards.
