Description

The MCP602-I/SN is a dual CMOS operational amplifier in an 8-pin SOIC package, featuring low power consumption, high speed, and rail-to-rail output swing. It has a standard mode input range below ground, making it ideal for single-supply operation. With a single supply voltage range of 2.7V to 6V, it offers a gain bandwidth product of 2.8 MHz, a low quiescent current of 230µA per amplifier, and unity gain stability.
