MCP3202 Analog-to-Digital Converter IC

315(inc. GST)

SKU: BIM495 Category:

Description

The MCP3202 is a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring high precision, a 12-bit resolution, and accurate conversion ensured by ±1 LSB maximum DNL. It is available in both ±1 LSB (MCP3202-B) and ±2 LSB (MCP3202-C) INL versions, and it can be configured for single-ended or pseudo-differential inputs. The device incorporates an on-chip sample, holds a circuit, and utilizes a simple SPI serial interface for communication, offering fast conversion rates of up to 100 kbps at 5V or 50 kbps at 2.7V.

With a broad voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, low power consumption (500 nA in standby and 550 µA in active mode), and compatibility with a wide temperature range, it finds applications in sensor interfaces, process control, data acquisition, and battery-operated systems, available in various package options.
