The W25Q64JV is a high-capacity Serial Flash memory IC with 64 megabits (Mb) or 8 megabytes (MB) of storage, featuring a standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for easy interfacing with digital devices. It supports Quad SPI mode, offering fast read and write operations, and is organized into uniform 4KB sectors for efficient data management.
