Description

The SGM2019 series comprises low-power, low-noise, and low-dropout CMOS linear voltage regulators, operating effectively within a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range. These regulators are optimal for low-voltage, low-power applications and are particularly well-suited for battery-operated systems due to their minimal ground current. With an ultra-low dropout voltage, they extend battery life in portable electronics.
Additionally, applications requiring a noise-free voltage source, such as RF applications, can benefit from the SGM2019 series, offering ultra-low output noise (30uVRMS) and high-Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR). By employing an external noise bypass capacitor on the BP pin, further reduction in noise levels is achievable. The output voltage is pre-set within the 1.2V to 5.0V range. Notably, these regulators feature a 10nA logic-controlled shutdown mode, foldback current limit, and thermal shutdown protection.
