Description
The IR2101(S)/IR2102(S) drivers are for high-voltage MOSFETs and IGBTs, operating up to +600V. They’re immune to negative voltage transients, offer a wide gate drive supply range, and work with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic inputs. These drivers have matched propagation delay, can produce in-phase or out-of-phase outputs, and come in a lead-free version.
