Description
The LNK305PN LinkSwitch-TN is a cost-effective buck converter solution with integrated auto-restart for fault protection, low component count, and high efficiency. Operating at 66 kHz, it offers precise current limits, supports various topologies, and complies with energy efficiency standards. Its EcoSmart design, with a high thermal shutdown temperature, minimizes power consumption and allows surface-mount manufacturing. The IC is tailored to replace linear and capacitor-fed power supplies, combining a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, and protection features for enhanced performance.
