Description
The LM339DT, part of a versatile comparator family, supports a wide single-supply voltage range (+2 to +36 V) or dual supplies (±1 V to ±18 V). With a low supply current of 1.1 mA, it features minimal input bias and offset currents, a low input offset voltage, and a ground-inclusive input common-mode voltage range. Compatible with various outputs, it’s one of four precision-voltage comparators (LM339A, LM239A, LM139A), designed for single or split power supply operation with an offset voltage as low as 2 mV, and uniquely includes ground in the input common-mode range, even with a single power supply.
