Description

The DHT20 Digital Temperature and Humidity Sensor is an accurate sensor that provides real-time temperature and humidity measurements. It is designed to deliver reliable data for a wide range of applications, including environmental monitoring, HVAC systems, weather stations, and home automation.

DHT20 SIP Packaged Temperature and Humidity Sensor is a new upgraded product of DHT11, equipped with a dedicated ASIC sensor chip, a high-performance semiconductor silicon-based capacitive humidity sensor, and a standard on-chip temperature sensor, and uses a standard I2C data output signal format. Its performance has been greatly improved and has exceeded the reliability level of the previous generation sensor (DHT11).

The DHT20 sensor offers a temperature measurement range of -40°C to 80°C (-40°F to 176°F) with a resolution of 0.1°C and a humidity measurement range of 0% to 100% RH with a resolution of 0.1% RH.
