Description
The AO3401A is a P-Channel MOSFET transistor offering low RDS(ON), minimal gate charge, and the ability to operate with gate voltages as low as 2.5V. This MOSFET is ideal for applications like load switches and general-purpose use, providing a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 30V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 4A at 25°C. The maximum RDS On is 44mOhm at 4.3A and 10V gate-source voltage. It has a threshold voltage (Vgs(th)) of 1.3V at 250µA and can handle a maximum gate-source voltage (Vgs) of ±12V. The device operates efficiently within a wide temperature range from -55°C to 150°C and is designed for surface mount in a SOT-23-3 package.
