Description
The L298 is a high-voltage, high-current driver that handles up to 46V and 4A. It has low saturation voltage and overtemperature protection and is compatible with logic “0” input voltages as low as 1.5V. This dual full-bridge driver is designed for inductive loads like motors and comes with independent enable inputs and a lower voltage supply option for logic.
