Description
The TPS382x family of supervisor integrated circuits is designed to provide power-on reset and timing supervision primarily for DSP and processor-based systems used in applications such as microcontrollers, industrial equipment, automotive systems, portable devices, intelligent instruments, wireless communication systems, and computers. These devices feature fixed delay times for power-on reset (either 200 ms or 25 ms), manual reset input options, various reset output configurations (active-low, active-high, or open-drain), support for a wide range of supply voltages, watchdog timer functionality in select models, low supply current consumption, a compact 5-pin SOT-23 package, and operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (extended to -40°C to 125°C for specific models).
