Description

The LM111, LM211, and LM311 are high-speed voltage comparators with a fast response time of 165 ns, strobe capability, and the ability to operate from a single 5-V supply. They have a maximum input bias current of 300 nA and a maximum input offset current of 70 nA. These devices are versatile and can work with various power-supply voltages, making them suitable for applications such as desktop PCs, body control modules, white goods, building automation, oscillators, and peak detectors. They can drive lamps, relays, and switch voltages up to 50 V at 50 mA with isolation from the system ground. Additionally, they offer offset balancing and wire-OR connection capabilities.
