Description

The 5V 1 Channel Relay Board is a dependable and compact electronic component, designed to efficiently control high-power electrical devices using low-power microcontrollers or digital control systems.  This board is tailored for Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) High-level trigger AC power applications, enabling direct control via a microcontroller and facilitating the switching of loads up to 10A at 250 VAC.  It operates on a 5V DC power supply and provides electrical protection through opto-isolated inputs. Additionally, it offers visual feedback using LED indicators and simplifies connections with convenient screw terminal blocks.

In its default state, when power is disconnected, the relay connects the COM (Power) terminal to NC (Normally Closed), which is equivalent to setting the relay board’s IN pin to a HIGH state, supplying it with +5V. This relay board is compatible with various microcontrollers and versatile applications, including home automation, IoT projects, industrial automation, prototyping, security systems, and DIY electronics.
