Description

The Photosensitive Resistor Module, commonly known as a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) Module or Photoresistor Module, is a sensor module that detects and measures light levels.

This is a high-quality photosensitive sensor module or light module that detects the photosensitive resistor for Arduino. The photoresistor module detects light intensity. As the intensity of light on the photoresistor increases, the resistance of the photoresistor decreases. A built-in 10k resistor on the module can be used to build a divider circuit for measuring changes in light intensity from the photoresistor. A device such as an Arduino can be used to read the light intensity using an analog input pin.

This module is widely used in various applications, such as lighting control, solar energy, and automatic photography. The module has a wide range of operating voltages, from 3.3V to 5V, allowing it to be used with various microcontrollers and embedded systems. The module is simple to use and requires no additional external components. It has two pins, the VCC pin and the GND pin, which are connected to the power supply and ground, respectively. The output of the module is an analog signal that varies with the light intensity of the environment. This output can be read by the microcontroller or other embedded systems and can be used to control various applications.

Features:

  1. The Photosensitive Resistor Module detects and responds to light intensity variations.
  2. It converts light intensity into an electrical signal using a photosensitive resistor (LDR).
