Description
The ULx200xA devices are arrays of high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistors, featuring seven NPN Darlington pairs with common-cathode clamp diodes for effective switching of inductive loads. Each Darlington pair has a 500 mA collector-current rating, and these pairs can be paralleled for increased current capability. These devices are suitable for various applications, including relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers (LED and gas discharge), line drivers, and logic buffers. Additionally, for 100-V-rated versions, users can refer to the SLRS023 datasheet for the SN75468 and SN75469 devices.
