Description
The LM185/LM285/LM385 are micropower voltage reference diodes with an adjustable range from 1.24V to 5.30V, an operating current of 10μA to 20mA, and 1% or 2% initial tolerance. Designed to be tolerant of capacitive loading, they are versatile in various applications, offering a low-temperature coefficient and a dynamic impedance of 1Ω. Suitable for micropower circuitry like portable meters, they ensure extended battery life. On-chip trimming provides tight voltage tolerance, and they come in different packages, covering temperature ranges of -55°C to 125°C, -40°C to 85°C, and 0°C to 70°C.
