Description
The VHC125/74VHC125MX has four high-speed non-inverting buffers with 3-STATE outputs. It operates like Bipolar Schottky TTL but with lower power usage due to advanced CMOS technology. The input protection circuit allows a wide input voltage range (0V to 7V) regardless of the supply voltage. This makes it ideal for interfacing 5V to 3V and dual supply systems, preventing device damage from voltage mismatches.
