Description

The 24C02 is a 2 Kbit Serial Electrically Erasable PROM, operating within a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V. It features a single block of 256 x 8-bit memory and utilizes a 2-wire serial interface. Its efficient design allows for low standby (5 uA) and active (1 mA) currents. The device supports page writes for up to 16 bytes of data, with a speedy write cycle of 1 ms for both byte and page writes. Additionally, it enables the connection of up to eight 24C02C devices on the same bus, offering a potential total of 16K bits of contiguous EEPROM memory through functional address lines.
