Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping takes place, and the same will be refunded at 100%.
Order cancellations post shipping, the buyer is liable to pay the shipping charges, even if the item(s)/order was covered under free shipping and the shipping cannot be refunded.
In this case, the refund process will start only after receiving back the item.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been received by the buyer. In case the items are not received, lost, or damaged in transit, full amount will be refunded.
The refund amount is usually credited back to the buyer’s card/account in 3 – 14 days’ time from the date of the initiation of cancellation.
