Description
The 24C256 is a 256 Kbit EEPROM with a 2-wire bus interface and write protection. It offers low voltage and power options, complies with the Extended IIC 2-wire protocol, and can be used in arrays of up to eight devices. This EEPROM has a 2-wire IIC interface, and page write mode, and provides high endurance and low power consumption. It’s available in 8-pin DIP and SO packages.
