We ship our products to 27,000+ PIN Codes across India. To ensure safe and on-time delivery, we ship through a reputed courier company with safe packing.
- Normally items in stock, are shipped within the next 12 Business hours
- Order will be processed and shipped as per given shipping address during purchase order
- Items not in stock will be shipped between 7 to 10 Business days
- We ensure a very safe packing to reduce any damage during the transit

Warranty
- Warranty is applicable only on selected products, exclusively If it has been mentioned in the product catalogue. Generally, Semiconductors or ICs doesn’t carry any warranty.
- Some of the products, kits, boards, and circuits carry warranty and are bound by terms and conditions of warranty and type of usage.
- If warranty offered by the dealer or manufacturer only will be replaced or serviced at the Company’s options, which are proved to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company to be damaged or defective due to faulty material, workmanship, or design.
- warranty doesn’t include items like broken or damaged due to mishandling by the buyers.
- In case of replace/repair/service, all the returns and delivery charges will be paid by the buyers
- EComponentz / Manufactures does not write software comprised in the products, and it is buyers’ responsibility to check the presence of computer viruses before using or installing the products
In Addition, this obligation will not apply:
- if the defect arises because of Customer has altered or repaired the product without any written consent from the company.
- if the buyers did not follow the manufacturers’ instructions for the installation, storage, usage, or maintenance of the products
- if the Customer fails to inform Ecomponentz about the defect within the period of time specified by EComponentz from the date of dispatch of the product or performance of the Services.
